Shane Daniels (Steven Seagal) is finally released from jail after serving 15 years for a crime he never committed. He receives an apology from the State of Arizona. He now has his freedom but soon is in the wrong place at the wrong time once again when he is a witness to a diamond deal that goes bad. Involved are the Mexican Mafia and State Troopers, who are killed and left behind are young girl named Jackie (Jeanettea Antonio) and a bag of cash. Shane can leave and pretend he didn’t see anything or he can try to get the girl to safety in a corrupt town and risk his freedom and life once again.
