Beautiful young Sayra (Paulina Gaitan), dreaming of a new life in America, is traveling from Honduras to her new life in the United States with family. Along the way, however, she runs into trouble on the train. While on the train, she meets El Casper (Edgar Flores), also known as Willy. He is a member of the brutal Salvadoran brotherhood Mara Salvatrucha, and he is traveling on the train in an attempt to out-run his troubled past. When the two of them unexpectedly connect after Willy protects Sayra from members of his gang, will their very different experiences combine to help one another start over and make better lives for themselves?
