When the top crime boss in town, known simply as The Man (Chad Everett) discovers that he is terminally ill, he decides to take action. He hires Frank (Frank Krueger) to assassinate him as well as his lover, known as The Woman (Sarah Thompson). However, things take an interesting turn when Frank discovers that The Woman is actually a long-lost lover of Frank's. This discovery forces him to change the rules and the job. Will Frank be able to go through with the job in any form, and what will the last minute changes he made mean for the people who were supposed to be involved?
