Thank You for Smoking is a politically incorrect comedy about Nick Naylor. Nick is a spokesperson for the cigarette industry, and he's great at it. He’s the guy that can talk himself out of anything, and he’s found the perfect job for his skills. Every week, he meets with spokespeople for alcohol and firearms for dinner and they brag about whose problem kills more people and as a result, who’s got the hardest job. With the temptation of a sexy journalist, death threats from radicals and a feud with a Virginia senator all vying for his attention, Nick tries his best to keep it all together and still be a good dad for his son. After all, that reassuring smile is his job.
