District Attory Henrietta Bent (Molly Heartbreaker) and police commissioner Jim Boredom (Clancy Fitzsimmons) makes a deal with Bat Babe to bring down The Jerker but the question is, can the job be done or is The Jerker slippery enough to off easy on the law?
