Adam Stafford (Cameron Bright) is a 13 year old boy who in his own everyday struggle of life stumbles upon an extraordinary view of a beautiful naked women, Catherine Caswell (Gretchen Mol) in the house across the street. This is a sexual awakening for Adam and it throws him into searching a way to get closer to that lady despite his parents advice not to get close to her because she is “different”. He starts working for her as a yard guy and slowly finds himself in a friendly relation with the lady. Catherine teaches Adam about life and having a different perspective on it. While everything seems perfect Catherine’s past catches up with her life and Adam finds himself involved with a lady believed to be a mistress of the president and involved with CIA agents and a conspiracy.
